Mighty Mighty MIT

Hello there!
So it's been a very special week in my life. One full of surprises and enjoyment. Full of happiness and hope. And of course, full of rain.

Its been one week in my college at Manipal Institute Of Technology, Mahe.

So, this is one of the premier private institutions of this country with state of the art infrastructure and facilities. The hostels are great (only an ounce less than a 3star hotel). The rest 2 stars are a part of Asia's biggest indoor sports complex known as the Marena and the modern central library and laboratories.
Not to mention the incredibly big food court that offers chicken every alternate day, but also a different set of small restaurants that serve you international food at an affordable price.
The common misconception about this place is that it houses a sect of students that are into drugs and other substance abuse. Well, face the harsh reality, dear readers. This happens in every institute in India. It's just that the IITs and NITs are much too arrogant to reveal any kind of details about their hostel life other than that of remarkable breakthroughs in the field of science and tech.
Well talking about breakthroughs, did you know about the formula one racing cars designed by our students that actually race in the Grand Prix? Or how about the nano satellite designed by the students here that is due to launch this coming year in a project guided by ISRO?
Well, I don't term this remarkable. I term it legendary.

So, I'm going to do Computer Science Engineering here.
Not because it's one of the most respected and reputable branches. But because I honestly enjoy it.

So, I'm gearing up for an eventful and colourful wave of 4 years here.
I seek thy blessings.
